Our up and coming apprentice 100% secured a position with eDECO - since he came to us from college to get some work experience, Martin has gone from strength to strength! Fast to learn, dedicated to detail and thinking ahead.

Today his beloved West Ham we’re playing a vital match against Tottenham! Martin boycotted the match giving up his Saturday to assist the Farnham Royal community and paint the fencing at an infant school.

Demonstrating his knowledge of HVLP application, Martin cut in around concrete posts and sprayed 8 panels in a little over 2hrs - smashing his previous PB of 5 panels in 8 hrs. Watching his confidence grow is a proud moment for eDECO.
